Registration
General inscription is free of charge following registration procedure (mandatory), but lunches and conference dinners have a fee of 60€ Net amount to be paid during registration.
The registration form is the same for participants who are not submitting an abstract. In this case, they simply need to indicate that they will not submit an abstract by clicking the “No abstract submission”.
IMPORTANT: for abstract’s submission, participant must to register first. Please, go to registration platform by clicking on the link provided below.
Registration to IWDMP2026 is limited to 75 participants. Do not miss the opportunity to join the meeting.
Accommodation – Hotel San Antonio El Real
Hotel San Antonio El Real offers a special discount code for participants supplied following registration. Once registration is completed, an email will confirm registration, including the accommodation code to book your room at a reduced rate. The discount is only valid when booking through the official website of Hotel San Antonio El Real.

Double and twin (two beds) room : 88 € per night (breakfast included).
Rooms in the Claustro area: 102 € per night (breakfast included).
Triple room: 128 € per night (breakfast included).
Visa Requirements
If you need a personal invitation letter for your visa application to attend the workshop in Spain, please contact the Organizing Secretariat by sending an email to iwdmp-vo2026@azulcongresos.com, indicating “IWDMP Letter of Invitation” in the subject line.
The invitation letter will only be issued after your registration has been successfully completed, so please register as early as possible to ensure that you have enough time to obtain your visa. Your name must appear in the registration exactly as it does on your passport to avoid delays or denial of the visa.
